Volunteer
Northcoast Marine Mammal Center counts on our dedicated volunteers to rescue and rehabilitate marine mammals.
We are staffed totally by volunteers and funded by donations. Interested in becoming a Volunteer??? [Insert link to volunteer form here]Click here for our Volunteer Form.
Volunteers are essential during an emergency, but it is the year round efforts of volunteers in animal care, fundraising, and our Gift Shop that make NMMC rescues possible.
Our Volunteers are the people that have and continue to make the NMMC a reality.
Originally founded by three volunteers, the Center relies entirely on a dynamic volunteer work force. The energy and dedication of many varied talented people are needed to maintain the smooth operation of the NMMC.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, and attend orientation and training classes.
Volunteering at the Center can be a fulfilling and exciting adventure. Consider sharing your talents and meeting others whom share you concern for the ocean environment and its wildlife.
